Clean property with fairly friendly and incredibly kind staff especially the receptionists. Very very good choices for the breakfast. The twin room with the balcony, an extensive view, bedroom. Magnificent, stunning location just next door to pretty much of buses as well as closest restaurants and bars.

The place was fairly clean and nicely decorated, it had exceptionally kind staff especially the receptionists. The restaurant was nice clean for breakfast, I tried tasty dishes. It had large beds and an exceptional view of the sea and the other locations.

Reasonably clean and fully equipped property with gorgeous continental breakfasts and dedicated staff. Very pleasant area, remote location close enough to shopping centre, the bus stop of Bahia Feliz and the nice beaches & dining places in the area. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Punta de las Burras.

By and large, it was decent base for sightseeing in San Agustin, had much fun and met exceptionally kind and superfriendly staff especially the receptionists. The location was lovely for us - close to restaurants and cafés. There were a small market and small markets around the hotel.

The setting was good, right by a taxi to bigger resort of playa del ingles, which have good prices on beer and a lovely beach and a lot livelier area. Enjoyed the original-style building and well-kept and well-equipped room with terrace.

Remote location was a plus. I found there a lot of restaurants to eat, like El Bellotero that is only 5 minutes' walk away. I was here for 7 nights and ate at poolside restaurant for breakfast. The view of the pool was panoramic.
The breakfast itself was sparse, can be way much better.

The location was quiet and perfect, within walking distance of Playa de Tarajalillo. You could walk to a large shopping centre and shopping centres.

Good location to the bus stop through the back gate. Based so close to Las Palmas or Maspalomas as well as the beach for the day was about a 15 minute walk, where there was more bars restaurants and gift shops. Quick check-in and late check-out, parking close to the hotel. Pool bar and excellent pool.

The place was reasonably priced. Enjoyed every detail about my very very good 4 nights stay here. The staff were efficient and hard-working and the rooms were airy. The location was marvellous, just a short stroll away from Garbo's. There was a really nice restaurant at a short distance from the hotel. Had soft drinks in the poolside bar in the evening.
There was no pool.

Everything was simply very good. We were in San Agustin for 4 days, had PLEASANT stay, the hotel was impeccably clean with cool location by a large supermarket. Location: the venue was very close to shops/restaurants, sea front and the bus stop. Liked the poolside restaurant.
